Search engines have robots that crawl the web pages and index them in their databases. If you have a page that must not bee seen by them and therefor not come in their search results, add this code to the Head part of your page.
Note that "NOFOLLOW" express to the search engines that they must not follow the links in the current page to discover other parts of the site or elsewhere. If this is not your desired choice, change it to "FOLLOW"; As the result the content are not seen but the links are followed. Enjoy
